K Silas Efficiency Consulting is a Maine-based queer owned business. Kessie Silas, MSW is the lead consultant and owner. She created this business in 2022 while completing her Masters in Social Work degree. She has worked with non-profits, for-profits, and individuals to help them reclaim their time and find solutions to working over capacity.

When she is not working, she enjoys gardening, singing, and organizing educational groups within her community.
